Who This Class Is For:

This course is built for shooters ready to move beyond basic bench shooting and develop real handgun handling skills.

You’re a good fit if you:

  • Want to safely learn holster-based shooting

  • Are interested in CCW, defensive training or competition shooting

  • Want to take your shooting to the next level

* Not for complete beginners. Students must demonstrate safe firearm handling.

What You’ll Learn:

This course focuses on building a repeatable, efficient draw and presentation you can rely on.

By the end of training, you’ll understand how to:

  • Draw from a holster safely and consistently

  • Reduce wasted motion for faster first shots

  • Maintain muzzle and trigger discipline throughout

  • Reholster with control and awareness

  • Identify and correct inefficiencies in your technique

“Details matter. YouTube videos CAN NOT show you what you are doing wrong but Legacy can.   I feel more confident and I am shooting more accurate from my holster.  That's more A Zone head shots at 15 yards!”
                                                                                                    - Mike

Why Holster Training Matters:

  • Holster work is one of the most important—and most misunderstood—skills in handgun training.

  • Without proper instruction, shooters often develop unsafe or inconsistent habits that limit performance.

  • This course provides a structured, supervised environment to build correct mechanics from the start—so speed develops naturally from efficiency, not shortcuts.

How the Training Works:

This is a structured, live-fire course focused on skill development—not just shooting more rounds.

You’ll work through:

  • Step-by-step draw stroke development

  • Repetition-based drills for consistency

  • Controlled reholstering procedures

  • Real-time instructor feedback

The emphasis is safety, efficiency, and consistency first—because that is what ultimately creates speed.
