Service Description
This comprehensive course provides hands-on training and the basic knowledge necessary to safely handle, load, fire, basic marksmanship, and maintain most types of California semi-automatic pistols. Range time offer ample opportunity to achieve the skills for success in a casual, stress-free environment. This course is approximately 2 hours in duration and includes both guided instruction and live-fire training.

Important Information Before Your Course / Shooting Experience — Please Read Carefully Prohibited Conduct To ensure your safety and the best possible experience, the following are strictly prohibited: Bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages Use of any drugs (including weed) Use of fully automatic firearms Use of incendiary, tracer, armor-piercing, or explosive ammunition Shooting at target stands or range structures Smoking at the range Taking photos or recording videos of other participants without permission Punctuality Your session will follow the scheduled time. If you are late, lost time cannot be made up or compensated. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in; on weekends/holidays allow extra time. If you are not present by the start (10:00 or 13:00), the instructor may only re-admit you at the next Cease Fire (10:30 or 13:30). Missed content will not be compensated. Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Please select your course, date, and time carefully. All registrations are final. Course fees are non-refundable, and bookings cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another course, date, or participant. If Legacy Firearms Academy cancels or reschedules a class, registered students may choose another available date or receive a full refund. Participation Rules Only registered participants may enter the range; no outside spectators allowed. Children under 14 may be accompanied by one parent (maximum one guardian regardless of number of children). The guardian may observe but not handle firearms. Bookings are for the registered participant only and may not be transferred What to Bring A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or state ID). After payment, you will receive a waiver form, range map, and details by SMS/email — please check carefully. Other Reminders According to U.S. law, shell casings may not be taken or shipped outside the U.S. mainland. If you spend time taking photos/videos instead of using the firearms or ammunition provided, no refunds or compensation will be offered. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
